Hi Everyone, The party is over and I am almost coming back to normal. I just finished sending out my Year of the Boar cards and just finished two paintings! I have one more woodcut to do that I'm looking forward to. The theme is "weather". I'll share it with you when I get it together. Anyway I'm still working. It reminds me of my friend Ruth Leaf who is happiest and healthiest when working in her studio. It took me a little while to get up steam to get to work but I did and I like the paintings a lot.
I'm going down to the condo on Friday of this week and am planning to spend the month of August there. I'll let you know how I do. I have a couple of meetings and things to come home for but I'll come up and go back down.
I'm finally getting around to thanking people for the wonderful gifts I received for my birthday. I love presents and these were all terrific. Some people chose to give me a lunch or dinner and those are still coming. I go to dinner with the Marcoffs on Thursday. A great way to extend a birthday.
